San Soo Kung Fu is for Adults Only
Classes are on average 2 hours long. Come wearing comfortable clothing (sweat pants and a t-shirt). This class is a practical self defense program.
Concentration is on iron body training and learning how to engage in fighting to put yourself in an optimal situation if you should ever need to defend yourself. Kung-Fu San Soo can be brutal method of fighting, the sole objective of which is the complete “neutralization” of the opponent. An actual encounter usually lasts no more than 3 to 10 seconds. This Kung Fu program will have you feeling 100% stronger if taken on a regular basis after just a few weeks.
About the Instructor
Head of the Adult Kung Fu program is Instructor Mike Hale with over 38 years of training. He is the instructor of our San Soo Kung Fu program and has trained in Korean Martial Arts and Wah Lum style Kung Fu. He has instructed SWAT units as well as local law enforcement.
