Taekwondo has more kicks than any martial art. It is known for it’s high flying kicks which were used centuries ago to kick soldiers off horses. The most common of these kicks is the “flying side kick”.

You may be wondering how this class differs from Adult Taekwondo. First of all, the class is more active than Adult Taekwondo. Traditional Taekwondo is more technical. Junior Taekwondo is less technical but more physical. We do not do line drills in Junior Taekwondo (moving forward and backward with techniques). We also do more advanced forms in Junior Taekwondo which have a lot more kicks and fancier moves in it then Traditional ITF Adult Taekwondo forms.
